ThinkWorks Consults Business Leaders in Ukraine

Ithaca, NY - Eight leaders from the Ukrainian corporation Agro-Soyuz visited ThinkWorks in Ithaca, NY in early January for a systems thinking immersion course.  The week-long course, given by ThinkWorks CEO Dr. Derek Cabrera, was designed specifically for Agro-Soyuz.  It featured an in-depth historical perspective of systems thinking, with the culmination of training in Dr. Cabrera's patented business model, VMCL-DSRP.  

The group re-created their entire business structure using ThinkBlocks, facilitating in-depth discussion and deconstruction in each area of the corporation.  Members of the leadership team wrote a more understandable and concrete vision-mission statement, and plan on implementing the techniques they learned back home in the Ukraine.
